Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

"30 takabet" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our"

Refers to the 30 takabet online betting and casino platform accessible at https://30-takabet.com and all associated sub-pages, mobile-optimised views, and services operated under the 30 takabet brand.

"Player" / "you" / "your"

Refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 30 takabet platform in any capacity, including as a registered account holder or as an unregistered visitor.

"Account"

The personal account created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process at 30 takabet, through which all wagers, deposits, withdrawals, and platform interactions are conducted.

"Wager" / "Bet"

Any real-money stake placed by a Player on any game, sport, event, or outcome offered through the 30 takabet platform.

"Bonus Funds"

Any promotional credit, free spin value, cashback credit, or other non-cash benefit awarded to a Player's account under a 30 takabet promotion, subject to the wagering and withdrawal conditions of that promotion.

"KYC" (Know Your Customer)

The identity and age verification process conducted by 30 takabet in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations, requiring Players to submit valid government-issued identification and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed.

"Prohibited Jurisdiction"

Any country or territory from which access to online gambling services is legally restricted or prohibited. Players are solely responsible for determining whether use of 30 takabet is lawful in their jurisdiction.

"BST"

Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the reference time zone used for all time-sensitive provisions in these Terms & Conditions including promotion expiry dates, event deadlines, and support response time commitments.

By accessing the 30 takabet platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree unconditionally to be bound by them. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 30 takabet.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease accessing the 30 takabet platform and must not create an Account or place any Wager.

In addition to these Terms & Conditions, your use of the 30 takabet platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions you also accept those documents.

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an Account on 30 takabet, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 30 takabet is strictly an adults-only platform. No exceptions are made to this requirement.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform. It is your sole responsibility to verify this.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended Account on 30 takabet. Only one Account per person, per household, and per device is permitted.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or using the Account. All accounts must be registered and used by the named Account holder exclusively.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of 30 takabet or any of its affiliated companies.

3.2 Registration Process

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in permanent Account closure.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

30 takabet conducts KYC verification as part of our responsible gaming and fraud-prevention obligations. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents at any time, and in particular before your first withdrawal is processed:

• A valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account confirming ownership)

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete. 30 takabet reserves the right to close accounts where KYC cannot be satisfactorily completed.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. You must notify 30 takabet support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

30 takabet accepts deposits and withdrawals through the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice. 4.2 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 30 takabet, though your chosen payment provider may apply its own limits.
• 30 takabet does not charge any platform fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• All deposits must be funded from a payment method that is legally owned and registered in your name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited to your Account balance within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the institution and time of submission.
• 30 takabet reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of deposited funds if there are reasonable grounds to suspect that a deposit originates from unlawful activity.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that was previously used to deposit funds into your Account — the same-source rule applies at all times.
• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal request will be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction unless otherwise stated in an applicable promotion.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.
• 30 takabet reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal and to delay processing if it has reasonable cause to suspect fraud, match-fixing, or bonus abuse.
• Any balance on your Account that has not been used in twelve consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month, applied until the balance reaches zero or activity resumes.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

From time to time, 30 takabet offers bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer. In all cases, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first in all wagers unless the Player's account holds only Bonus Funds.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated for the promotion. Bonus Funds that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.
• 30 takabet reserves the right to cancel any bonus or promotion at any time if it determines that the offer has been claimed fraudulently, in breach of these Terms & Conditions, or through the use of multiple accounts.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each welcome or new-player bonus once only. Attempting to claim a first-deposit bonus on a second or subsequent account constitutes bonus abuse and will result in Account closure.

5.2 Seasonal and Event Promotions

30 takabet regularly runs promotions tied to major events in the Bangladeshi calendar, including BPL and IPL cricket seasons, Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), and other significant dates. These promotions carry their own individual terms, which are published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active. Players are responsible for reading the specific terms of each promotion before participating.

5.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Abuse Proceeds

If 30 takabet reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or systematically exploiting low-risk wagering strategies to circumvent wagering requirements — 30 takabet reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds, cancel all pending withdrawal requests associated with Bonus Funds, and close the Account.

6.1 General Betting Rules

All Wagers placed on 30 takabet are final once confirmed. Players are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of every selection, stake amount, and odds value before confirming a Wager. 30 takabet does not accept any liability for Wagers placed in error by the Player, including incorrect selections, duplicate Wagers, or Wagers placed at the wrong stake level.

6.2 Sports Betting

• Odds are subject to change up to the moment a Wager is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the Wager.
• In-play (live) Wagers are accepted at the discretion of 30 takabet. 30 takabet reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• In the event that an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, Wagers will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific settlement rules published on the platform.
• 30 takabet reserves the right to void any Wager where it has evidence or reasonable grounds to believe that the outcome of an event has been manipulated or is the subject of match-fixing activity.

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot game outcomes on 30 takabet are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by our game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Game outcomes are independently verified and cannot be influenced by 30 takabet or by Players. 6.4 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension pending investigation, followed by permanent Account closure if the breach is confirmed:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place Wagers or interact with the platform
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform features
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or display bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Any form of money laundering or use of the platform to process funds derived from unlawful activity
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person
• Any activity that 30 takabet reasonably determines constitutes fraud against the platform or other Players

30 takabet is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. As part of this commitment, 30 takabet makes the following responsible gaming tools available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount they can deposit into their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may enable automatic notifications after a set period of continuous play to encourage awareness of time spent on the platform.
• Time-Out: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, the Account cannot be used to place Wagers or make deposits.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing may request permanent self-exclusion from 30 takabet. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are irreversible for a minimum period of six months.

8.1 Suspension by 30 takabet

30 takabet reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purposes
• A KYC verification request has not been fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe
• The Account has been accessed from a Prohibited Jurisdiction
• The security of the Account may have been compromised

During a suspension, the Account holder may not place Wagers, make deposits, or request withdrawals. 30 takabet will communicate the reason for any suspension to the Account holder where it is lawful and appropriate to do so.

8.2 Closure by the Player

A Player may request closure of their 30 takabet Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (subject to KYC verification and the absence of pending investigations) will be returned to the Player via the most recently used withdrawal method. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.

8.3 Consequences of Closure for Breach

Where an Account is closed by 30 takabet as a result of a material breach of these Terms & Conditions — including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, match-fixing, or use of automated software — 30 takabet reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the Account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms the breach, the balance may be forfeited in full. The Player will be notified of this outcome by email.

All content on the 30 takabet platform — including but not limited to the 30 takabet brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, source code, databases, and audiovisual elements — is the proprietary intellectual property of 30 takabet or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 30 takabet platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the 30 takabet platform
• Modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the platform or its content
• Use the 30 takabet brand name, logo, or trademark in any way not expressly permitted in writing by 30 takabet
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the platform by automated means

Any use of 30 takabet content outside the scope of the licence granted above is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights, for which 30 takabet reserves the right to seek appropriate legal remedy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 30 takabet shall not be liable to any Player for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising out of or in connection with:

• The outcome of any Wager placed on the platform, including losses resulting from game or sporting event outcomes
• Any technical failure, server downtime, connectivity interruption, or platform unavailability
• Any delay in the processing of deposits or withdrawals due to technical issues or third-party payment provider failures
• Any unauthorised access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their credentials
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, statistics, or other content published on the platform

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude 30 takabet's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. The 30 takabet platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

30 takabet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated document will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For changes that materially affect Players' rights or obligations, 30 takabet will send a notification to the email address registered on the Player's Account.

Your continued use of the 30 takabet platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 8.2 above.

30 takabet recommends that all Players review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of the current rules governing use of the platform. The version currently published on this page is always the governing version for all active Accounts.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the 30 takabet platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and 30 takabet, the Player should first contact our support team at [email protected] to attempt resolution informally. 30 takabet is committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly. The majority of issues can be resolved within 48–72 hours of first contact.

Where informal resolution is not achieved within a reasonable period, the dispute may be referred to a mutually agreed independent dispute resolution process. 30 takabet will not unreasonably refuse to participate in such a process.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.
